At Pup ID, we don’t just make tags; we build a safety net for your best friend. We believe an identification tag should be as resilient as the dog wearing it.

That’s why our tags feature a scratch-resistant core to ensure your QR code remains scannable for life. We’ve encased that core in a Reinforced Metal Surrounding, allowing Pup ID to easily handle the rugged Aussie lifestyle; far beyond the industry standard of flimsy plastic or silicone. Even our keyrings are custom-built, stainless steel, flat-pressed split rings to prevent an accidental slip off the collar.

The Structural Integrity & Lifetime Warranty Guarantee

Pup ID tags are engineered to survive the elements. If your tag snaps, breaks, or the metal edging fails under normal “dog life” conditions, we will replace it for free. Whether it’s a salty afternoon at the beach, a scramble through the bush, or a muddy park run, our warranty covers the hardware for as long as you are an active member of our Active Recovery System.

The “Lost Tag” Fair Go Policy

We know accidents happen. Sometimes a collar comes off or simply gets misplaced. While our warranty covers hardware failure (not physical loss), we want to make sure your pack stays protected.

  • One-Time Free Replacement: Active members are entitled to one (1) complimentary replacement order per year of membership if your tags are physically lost.
  • The 5-Tag Limit: This replacement order covers up to five (5) tags, ensuring even the largest packs get a second chance at safety.
  • The Process: You simply cover the shipping; we provide the hardware.

Note: To keep this system sustainable for all Aussie dogs, any losses beyond this initial replacement can be fulfilled via our order page as per usual.
