Shipping Policy

We know that once you’ve decided to protect your pack, you want your tags as soon as possible.

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).
• Location: All Pup ID tags are hand-delivered to an Australia Post facility for processing.

At Pup ID, your hardware is always free as part of your membership. We simply ask that you cover the cost of shipping and handling.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• We use Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery to your door, whether you’re in the city or the bush.

Once handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are subject to their network. We expect delivery within 3–7 business days for our standard tracked shipping.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
• Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Once your tags are on their way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. All orders come with a tracking number, which we send to you as soon as your order has been processed.

Note: Your tracking status may show as “Pending” until Australia Post scans the item into their system during their standard business hours.

To ensure your pup stays protected, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pup ID is not responsible for tags delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect address, a new order will need to be placed at the customer’s expense.

Don’t worry about Australia Post delays affecting your trial period! Your 28-Day Risk-Free Trial does not begin when you order; it begins the moment you activate your membership and set up your Pup Profile.
