An everyday hero can scan your dog's Pup ID Tag with no special app required. They are instantly shown your dog's profile and can call or message you with a single tap. You will also receive a Live Location Alert the moment the tag is scanned.
We have you covered with a Lifetime Warranty on every Pup ID Tag. If your tag is damaged, we will replace it and cover the shipping costs for you. For lost tags, you are entitled to one free replacement order for every year of your membership.
